Ripe white fruits with spice and acidity are well known in this wine. The textures and fruitiness enhance this the light aromas. The Barthe Family vineyard which has been under the same ownership since 1789, is the ideal place for producing white wines.

The first wine made by Esporão in 1985. Obtained from grapes grown at Herdade do Esporão, it shows the consistency and rich character typical of the best Alentejo wines.

Open ruby colour, red fruit aromas and some vegetal nuances, similar to moss. In the mouth is fresh, elegant and complex. Susana Esteban was born at Tui, northern Spain. She has a degree at Chemestry by Santiago de Compostela University and a master degree at Enology by La Rioja University.

A rich, solid blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, the wine has a fine balance between cool tannins and bold black fruits. It is a wine that will age further with its juicy acidity and tannins.
