A classic Guiraud with a combination of power and elegance. The flavour is deep and sweet, expansive and impressive, with ample fruit matched with opulent, creamy oak.

Bright, juicy and with good freshness, this pushes a mix of yellow apple, pineapple, and white peach to the fore, backed by a long elderflower honey note that holds the finish prettily.

This is stunning from the start, with a silky and refined feel despite the panoply of dried quince, fig, pear and apricot flavors that are exotic in nature. Lovely green tea, orange blossom and persimmon notes fill in the background.

Tasted at the château, the 2005 Chateau d’Yquem delivers a similar performance as last year. Lucid in colour, the bouquet is detailed with very pure honey, vanilla and almond scents, still a little new oak to be fully assimilated but demonstrating superb focus.

Citrus, peach and apricot aromas characterize the nose of this Aszú 5 puttonyos 2013; Rich, intense on the palate with a long aftertaste of orange blossom and spices.

The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors. Tasting notes include blackberry, plum, cranberry, coffee, and chocolate. The oak also smooths over the mouth feel and leaves the wine supple with velvety tannins.

This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer from the Grgich family's American Canyon Vineyard, a cool an dwindy site where the grapes ripen late, before the onset of botrytis. It's a beautifully balanced white, scented with notes of honey and brioche.
