Beringer's California Collection is named for the ripe fruit flavors that characterize the wines as well as the bountiful and sunny state in which they originate. Full of jammy black fruit flavors that make this wine enticing from the first sip.

The Allomi vineyard lies in the rolling hills of northeastern Napa Valley, where the combination of long, warm growing seasons with well-drained soils create the optimal ripening conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep red color with ruby hues. Aromas of ripe currants, chocolate and pepper. Presents a good depth and concentration, with fruits like cassis and blueberry with a persistent and long-lasting finish.

Impressively fresh and upbeat fruit that runs from dark cherries to berries and ripe dark plums. The palate has a very fresh and attractive core of plush fruit flavor with a long, seamless run of silky, fresh tannins.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.

Bouquet - the bouquet contains aromas of berries, fruits and a light shade of prunes.

Taste: harmonious, with moderate astringency and a pronounced varietal tone.

Pays d'Oc, South of France, France - An elegant, fruit-forward wine filled with ripe berry notes, this blend of 60% Cabernet and 40% Syrah has an appetizing spiciness to accompany the bright raspberry and blackberry. A crowd-pleaser at home with a weeknight dinner.

Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Stoudemire's Origin is a bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon that displays wonderful aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and tobacco. A soft mouth feel and pleasantly rich soft tannin make this full-bodied red a perfect pairing.

A powerful wine showing aromas of red fruit and hints of earth and smoke. On the palate the wine is thick with good acidity. 28 months of aging in oak barrels resulted in a perfect balance between the wood and the fruit and a strong finish.
