Appellation controlled, medium sweet wine, produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Kindzmarauli appellation of Kakheti region. This wine perfectly displays aroma peculiar to this variety combined with notes of cherry and blackberry, presented with dark red color. Velvet and dense taste is nicely harmonized with natural sweetness. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.

Intense Ruby red. Herbal aroma, with hints of red berries and cinnamon. The taste is elegant, harmonious and fruity. The finish is herbaceous and full with soft tannins.

Herzog Variations Oak is a special wine series that journeys beyond the variations of California wine country, and into the Battle of the Barrels. We start with North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon separated into two different types of oak barrels and see which one will come out on top. Kindzmarauli is red, naturally semi-sweet wine, 100% Saperavi varietal, from the Kindzmarauli microzone of the Kvareli in the Kakheti region, Georgia. It has a distinguishable varietal aroma, harmonious and velvety taste.

Of an intense red color with violet and blue tones, this exquisite Malbec is characterized by exhibiting aromas of white flowers and black fruits along with notes of white pepper and cloves. Delights the palate with hints of licorice and chocolate while it is broad, smooth and with firm tannins. It is an elegant, balanced wine with a persistent finish.

This wine Herzog Special Reserve Quartet is a blend of 36% Petit Verdot, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Malbec and 15% Zinfandel. Opens with notes of dark cherries, blueberries, and a mouthful of spice and vanilla, complemented by lengthy, developed tannins, finishing with a hint of dark chocolate.

The taste is rich, fresh, balanced with a good structure based on mineral content. The finish is elegant and full-bodied with the scent of peach. It has a deep straw yellow color, brilliant and full-bodied. The intense and lingering aroma alternates between smooth scents of white fruit and hints of vanilla, fern and mint.
