Simonnet-Febvre Chablis is a crisp and mineral-driven French white. It greets with alluring aromas of green apple, citrus, and a touch of flinty notes. Puligny Montrachet Premier Cru "La Truffière" from Domaine Colin is produced in small quantities and has a beautiful upright character and a sublime mineral balance. The premier cru vineyards of La Truffière lie at the top of the hill looking out over the village of Puligny. This very fine wine has wonderful peach, pear and citrus notes, enhanced by a hint of floral, and a long lemony finish. If you haven't done so already, try it now!

This wine immediately shows the talents of the winemakers. Floral tones, slightly citrus also in the scent. The taste has a nice acidity, is also very precise. Long and impressive aftertaste. Serve with seafood, grilled fish dishes, veal and cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort.

The 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is showing nicely, opening in the glass with scents of pear, orange oil, clear honey, blanched almonds and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and textural, it’s rich and fleshy, with bright acids girdling its enveloping core of fruit.

Le Vieux Clocher Chablis 2023 is a crisp and elegant white wine hailing from the renowned Chablis region in Burgundy, France. This vintage offers vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and subtle minerality, characteristic of its terroir.

Domaine Chevrot is located in Cheilly-les-Maranges, between the Maranges and Santenay appellations. Pablo and Vincent Chevrot, two brothers with degrees in oenology, have been managing the estate for over 10 years.

The 2022 Santenay 1er Cru Le Beaurepaire is gourmand and enveloping, bursting with aromas of peach, white flowers, buttery pastry, toasted almonds and freshly baked bread.

Jean-Marc’s Bourgogne Blanc is a value play for those in the know. The Bourgogne vines are located below Chassagne in the commune of Remigny. Jean-Marc also allocates up to 15% of each press of the Village and 1er Cru whites to be blended into the Bourgogne Blanc.

The finest rendition of this cuvée to date, Santenay Les Vignes Denses derives from high-density plantings in lieu-dit Les Prarons. Unwinding in the glass with notions of crisp Anjou pear, lemon oil, vanilla pod and crushed chalk, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and complete, with a deep core of fruit that's framed by chalky dry extract and racy acids. This is worth a special effort to seek out.
