For six generations, the Herzog family produced award winning, quality wines in their native Czechoslovakia. Since moving to the United States in 1948, that tradition has continued under the seventh and eighth generations, with a commitment to excellence undiminished by time.

Luminous Hills Vineyard Pinot Noir - We speak often about our preference for ripening fruit with light rather than heat. It is why we work with high elevation sites that take time to develop.

The Avalon California Cabernet shows bright vibrant aromas of blueberry jam, strawberry tart, and boysenberries with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. A dash of Zinfandel give this wine a hint of spice that is followed by rich black cherries, red raspberries, and juicy ripe plums on the long smooth finish.
