Fitz-Ritter Gewurztraminer Spätlese is a sumptuous and aromatic wine from Germany, offering a rich bouquet of lychee, rose petals, and exotic spices. This late-harvest wine balances sweetness with acidity, resulting in a palate that is both opulent and refreshing. It pairs beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine, strong cheeses, or fruit-based desserts, showcasing its versatility and complexity.

While Silvaner remains the second most planted grape (after Riesling) in Germany, it has always remained tucked in the shadows. Frank Heyden quietly makes this example from old vines, and the quality shines so brightly that all shadows disappear in a fresh, zesty, mouth-wateringly delicious wash of Silvaner-ish-ness. Juicy and floral from start to finish, this is a great example of coaxing the best from a grape.

There’s lots of Chenin between here and Santa Barbara, but there is good reason to traverse all those miles. Of all the sites with which the winery works, Jurassic Park, planted on its own roots on quartz sand atop lime- stone in the late 1970s exhibits the most vintage variation, and small variations create very strong signals in the wine.

This Chardonnay opens with notes of fresh ripe pear and caramel apple surrounded by notes of vanilla cream and toasted marshmallow. A core of acidity keeps the wine fresh on the palate to help balance its rich and buttery midpalate.

The grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc were night harvested from our finest highest quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The nose displays lifted, rich citrus and melon fruit, and finishes with a refreshing minerality.

An adventurous, crisp white wine with citrus aromas, complemented by flavors of fresh lemon and stone fruit with a refreshing floral finish.

The Salem Wine Company was started by star-sommelier, Rajat Paar, and his partner and esteemed winemaker, Sashi Moorman. Fruit comes from the biodynamically-farmed Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills subregion of Willamette Valley, OR and is fermented with native yeasts (nothing added), fermented in large, neutral oak and is naturally clarified without filtration.

This wine immediately shows the talents of the winemakers. Floral tones, slightly citrus also in the scent. The taste has a nice acidity, is also very precise. Long and impressive aftertaste. Serve with seafood, grilled fish dishes, veal and cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort.

Nose: Expressive nose features floral and fruit notes of apples and citrus
Palate: Citrus notes evolve into juicy flavors ripe apples and lychee, concluding in tones of mountain herbs and flower. Bright acidity is balanced with warm minerality for a rich, clean finish.

A bright, balanced and light- to medium-bodied white, offering hints of stone and petrol underscored by flavors of yellow apple and pear fruit and hints of blood orange pate de fruits, anise and Marcona almond. Lightly mouthwatering and supple on the finish.

A wine of a straw yellow color, clean, bright and with medium intensity. Very expressive on the nose with notes of fresh white flowers and fruit. The passage through the mouth is fresh and persistent, but without losing the balanced acidity typical of Godello.

This is a straightforward, spicy Grüner; light in body and fruit-driven, this is a stellar white "table wine", able to pair well with just about anything white wine goes with.
