St. Michael Weinkellerei Spätlese Rheinhessen 2018 is a delightful white wine originating from the Rheinhessen region in Germany. Crafted primarily from the Riesling grape variety, this Spätlese represents a late harvest, resulting in a wine with a touch of sweetness and heightened flavors.
This dessert wine from Monsanto is impressive. It is burnt orange colored and opens with a sweet rum cake like bouquet. It is full bodied, slightly sweet, and viscous. The flavor profile is a tasty fig, brown sugar and mild rum blend.

This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer from the Grgich family's American Canyon Vineyard, a cool an dwindy site where the grapes ripen late, before the onset of botrytis. It's a beautifully balanced white, scented with notes of honey and brioche.
Golden yellow, with coppery highlights. Peach, apricot, pineapple and tropical dried fruit aromas. Consistency on the palate, softness and elegance nicely structured by the oak barrels. Wine with great balance, favorable acidity and a well-harmonized residual sugar. Long in the mouth.

The Late Harvest Oremus is a blend of the four grapes that have been affected by botrytis. It is fermented in the barrels that have just finished the fermentation of the dry wines and consists of a mix of Furmint (about 50%), Hárslevelű, Muscat and Zeta.
The Psagot Prat is a red port wine made from grapes grown in the Judean Hills. The color is a dark purple, with floral notes of dark fruit, chocolate, and rose pedals. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, which adds nice vanilla oak flavors to the complex fruit flavors.
On the noe, honeydew, peaches, flowers. Medium body, medium acidity. The palate is sweet with just the right amount of acidity to balance it out.
