Rayos Uva is winemaker Olivier Rivière’s version of a Bourgogne Rouge, sourced from fruit grown in the sandy, gravelly, alluvial soils of the Rioja Baja sub-region in the eastern part of Rioja. This blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha is crafted to convey a brightly fruity version of Rioja unmarked by oak.
A blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Graciano harvest by hand. The grapes are destemmed then placed in wooden vats. It is then matured in oak barrels that have already been used for 2 or 3 wines for 24 months.

Macán Clásico is a wine more attached to the territory. Freshness, fruitiness and delicacy are its hallmarks. Its elaboration takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a part of malolactic fermentation in oak, and a barrel aging that ranges between 12 and 14 months depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
Cherry red color with thin terracotta edge showing its longer barrelage. Aromas of mature black fruit, toffee and balsamic as well as some mineral notes. This is a silky wine, but fresh and refreshing as well as elegant and persistent.
Clean, bright, red cherry colour ruby rim. On the nose, intense aromas, integrate fresh fruits, and sweet hints due to the barrel ageing. Structured and elegant on the palate. Medium – long finish, with sweet barrel ageing notes.

Jose Gil El Bardallo 2022 is a red wine with a prominent fruity character. On the nose, it offers floral aromas and notes of red fruits such as strawberries and cherries. Upon tasting, it feels balanced, with good body and smooth tannins.
