Climat is an exceptional grape selection unique to each vintage, to discover to secrets of our terroirs and keep a memory of its unique characteristics. Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. Mouth filling, with persistent tannins melted into the fruits. Harmonious finale, aromatic and intense.

Ruby red color of medium intensity, which tends to garnet upon aging. It has a characteristic perfume that is pleasant and delicate, with hints of fruit that grow in the area: cherries, marascas, and plums. The flavor is dry, bodied, slightly bitter, savory, and harmonious.

Focused and fresh, with hints of green tea and ginger flittering in the background, while date, toffee, cinnamon and warm fruitcake notes form the core. Stylish finish.

The inaugural release of Ben Glaetzer’s Godolphin Shiraz Cabernet, the 2004 vintage, received rave reviews from the world’s wine press with US critic Robert Parker describing it as “the stuff of legends….. the apogee of Ben Glaetzer’s winemaking talents”, scoring it 96-98 points. UK wine writer Mathew Dukes was equally impressed writing “This is the earth shatteringly brilliant younger brother to Amon-Ra, and it's a hedonistic Shiraz/Cabernet blend. Where Amon-Ra is, admittedly, totally over the top, Godolphin is near perfection.”

Rich yellow gold, deep complex fruit, honey melone dominates, tender roasted aroma, huge at the palate, well defined with good structure and very balanced, not to lush, fine acidity with endless aftertaste, probably durable “for ever”; exceptional wine.

Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
