In 2009, mother nature surpassed herself. She allowed the greatest terroirs, whatever their grape variety, to bring their fruit to exceptional ripeness, providing a wine of wonderful concentration, finesse, balance and freshness.

Open ruby colour, red fruit aromas and some vegetal nuances, similar to moss. In the mouth is fresh, elegant and complex. Susana Esteban was born at Tui, northern Spain. She has a degree at Chemestry by Santiago de Compostela University and a master degree at Enology by La Rioja University.

Mother Nature evolves at her own pace: she does not have deadlines to respect and is never in a hurry. She takes all the time she needs to get “her work” done properly. My Time is a dedication to the wisdom of Nature that inspires us every day, and has taught us to have faith in her rhythms.

Garnet red. On the nose there are scents of cherries, wild strawberries, caramel. Fresh and well balanced, good length on the palate. The grapes are handpicked, sorted and transported to the winery in small containers to avoid crushing berries and premature oxidation.
