Rkatsiteli is a Dry white wine, made from Rkatsiteli grape variety which are cultivated in Kakheti region. Amber wine is made by Georgian traditional method of skin contact fermentation in Qvevri vessels, followed with six-month aging in oak barrels.
A blend of two indigenous varietals, Kisi and Khikhvi, from the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. This organic amber wine is aged in clay amphora, adding a bold structure to notes of orange marmalade, apricot, and black tea.
It is made from grapes of the variety of Khikhvi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is well combined with white meat, with Georgian cheese, seafood, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.
