This wine definitely qualifies as the most elegant PATRIMONY Cabernet to date. The longer hanging on the vine provides a great tannin structure while maintaining Freshness.

The 2019 Intercept Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe blackberries, red currants, and dried herbs. The wine is full-bodied with flavors of baking spice and plush ripe fruit with a long, fine grained tannin finish.

The 2020 Serial Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with deep color and aromas. Wild, red and black berries, sweet herbs and cedar on the nose intensify on the palate with Chambord, chocolate nib, mocha and licorice flavors.

Our wine, made from premium vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA, captures the spirit of 1850’s California. It’s a rebellious red, fermented in stainless steel and oak, with notes of dark fruit, brown spice, and a dusting of toasted tobacco that offers you a distinct taste of Paso Robles.

With each sip of our new Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, you’ll experience the rich scents of wild blueberry, muddled raspberry and subtle hints of molasses and vanilla bean. On the palate, flavors of sarsaparilla, allspice and bittersweet chocolate are underscored by a restrained style and taste that is classically Decoy.

Sourced from multiple estates throughout the rolling hills of the appellation, intoxicatingly aromatic waves of brooding black cherries, Turkish tobacco, wet rock and vanilla cream crash into the glass with unbridled force, leading into an opulent and smooth palate of grilled plums, crushed gravel, cigar box and spice.
