A nice beef bouillon aroma sets a meaty tone, accompanied by more genteel aromas of dried rose petals and blackcap raspberries. There's a nice balance between the restrained black cherry, black tea and lemon flavors, and the wine's modest acidity and tannins.

The 7th generation wines show high quality, concentration, and complexity. The color of the wine is deep purple. The wine has the aromas of blueberries, black tea and is spicy. It is powerful and earthy, with flavors of black fruit. The wine is full-bodied with a long fruity finish.

Beautifully fruit-driven with sappy cherry aroma; the palate is succulent and dense; with layers of mint and blackberries. After one week of maceration this wine is aged in neutral 2000-liter casks for nine months. Pair with mild to slightly spicy dishes with red meat as well as Spanish and Mexican food.

Reserva de Familia Carmenere is produced in the Rapel Valley and offers great fruit concentration after 14 months of barrel aging. Dark ruby red in color, the wine displays great aromatic complexity dotted with mineral notes and hints of herbs, spices, blueberries and plums.

Ruby red with violet highlights.  Hints of delicate red fruits and cherries. The taste is smooth, soft, and harmonious with soft tannins.

The wine is elegant and medium bodied, with lush layers of red cherry and raspberry, complemented by complex spice notes, leading to a velvety, smooth finish. Served with juicy, grilled steak.

Silky, smooth, and seductive, "Maitresse," from the French for "Maitresse," is ruby red with slight purple tinges in the glass. The perfumed nose shows aromas of savoury cherry, plum and spice with hints of subtle oak. Spicy berry fruit flavours are supported by silky tannins with a finish that will make you long for more.

Dark Cherry, vanilla bean, pomegranate, red licorice nose. Bright Cherry, hints of earth, mushroom, and toasty oak on palate. Soft plush body and finish. This light, bright and food-friendly Pinot Noir complements a delicious appetizer of turkey, cranberry and goat cheese crostinis topped with thyme to elevate any dinner gathering.

Maraska Kosher Cherry Wine is a delightful, sweet fruit wine made from the world famous Marasca cherries. These special cherries that are only grown in Croatia, maintain their unique taste and aroma all through fermentation.

A new California Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonanza is produced by Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. It reflects the “bonanza” of the great state of California – the discovery of land where delicious Cabernet can be farmed.

Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel form the backbone of this wine. Petite Sirah and Merlot were then meticulously selected to add complexity to this intense blend.
