Crafted from the indigenous Saperavi grape and fermented in qvevris buried underground, this red dry wine from the Khashmi region offers a unique and authentic tasting experience.
Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This golden color wine with aromas of spices, quince and ripe fruits is full-body, with soft tannins and a long harmonious ending. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.
Qvevri Saperavi is a deep red color wine with dark purple hints, made in traditional ancient way. Nose is intense, offering aromas of fresh ripe red fruits and minty flavours. Mouth is soft and juicy finishing on sweet spices and young tannins.Food matching: Grilled vegetables and meat. Cheeses. T 16-18°C.

Semi-sweet red wine made from Saperavi grapes is produced in a traditional way. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. Dessert wine, served with fresh fruits, desserts, it goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.

It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature.
