The wine opens up with alluring aromas of freshly peeled mandarin orange, peach nectar, and honeydew melon. Hints of white citrus blossom, marzipan and toasted hazelnut add a nice layer of complexity.

80 years vine age. All wines are hand-harvested and sorted during harvest, maceration lasts 2 or 3 week. Fermentation takes place in Burgundian barrels. Wines are aged on average for 15 months in barrel. No new barrels - barrels are 1 or 2 years old. Wines are not racked, filtered nor fined before bottling.

Bright lemon and apple aromas mingle with hints of toasty barrel complexity, and on the palate, pear and pineapple with spice and refreshing acidity will have you coming back for another glass.

The Fritz Windisch Niersteiner Spiegelberg Riesling Spätlese 2023 is a refined German white wine showcasing the richness of late-harvest Riesling. This Gavi is beautiful, bright, and balanced. It is an aromatic and fruity wine. Floral aromas with delicate scents of lemon, green apple, and honey. Finish is dry with notes of almonds. Made with 100% Cortese.

Thibaud Boudignon has gone through the three stages of small-producer cultdom. First, there were the tweets and instagram posts. Maybe a foreign blog or small magazine article. The allusions to his wine were rapturous, but enigmatic and mostly from overseas.

This Riesling enchants with a very aromatic aroma of apricot and peach. The fine elegance of Riesling quality wine from Spreitzer is literally fragrant. The taste is also characterized by a fruity impression. Pear and fine apple notes as well as yellow stone fruit are present and tasty. The beautiful fruit also accompanies the finale.

The estate
A 4th Classified Growth of Saint-Julien, Chateau Talbot is one of the iconic references of Haut-Medoc. Acquired by Desire Cordier in 1918, Chateau Talbot is today managed by Nancy Bignon-Cordier and her husband, Jean-Paul Bignon.

At first sip, this Chardonnay is fruit-forward and refreshing. Crisp green apple, Asian pear and lemon meringue pie take center stage in our classic, cool-climate Chardonnay.

Appellation controlled wine produced from Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtvane (15%) grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhety region.
