A dry, rich, red wine made from the Saperavi grape variety, grown in Kakheti region of eastern Georgia.

Appellation controlled red dry wine produced from specially selected Saperavi grapes grown in Mukuzani appelation of Kakheti region and fermented in Qvevries according to the ancient Georgian methodology.

A blend of 60% Sangiovese, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot, this has aromas of cellar floor, black-skinned fruit and leather. The rounded straightforward palate suggests fleshy plum and vanilla alongside soft relaxed tannins. Drink soon.

The ancient cave, hidden in the heart of the picturesque Carmel mountain, was quarried into the mountain about 250 years ago.
