This wine is composed of 39% Shiraz, 19% Marselan, 14% Zinfandel, 11% Merlot, 8% Tempranillo, 5% Mourvedre & 4% Viognier, deriving from various regions in the Negev.
An exceptional blend of Napa Valley Merlot grapes selected specifically for their concentrated character provides layers of ripe blueberry and plum flavors complemented by aging in French oak barrel and a velvety texture.
Dark violet in hue, velvety aromas of black cherry and plum laced with espresso and toasted marshmallow fill the nose. Full bodied flavors of ripe raspberry, black licorice and clove carry the wine through its lingering, spice-laden finish.
A soft, round, and very accessible Mediterranean-style wine with balanced acidity and a rich body. Intense inviting color, full round body, rich fruits palate, a little too acid, strong finish.
Deep red color with black-purple hues. Aromas are vibrant and focused, with the characters continually evolving. Notes of red currants and cherries and subtle lavender, then chocolate and char, hints of creme anglaise, followed by spice, earth, and rosemary.
