This inviting, chocolaty wine is super-soft in mouthfeel at first, due to a full body and resolved tannins. But the tannins firm up on the finish to reveal a structure that can help it age well. Milk chocolate, blueberries and mint bring a lot of flavor.

This wine has a unique profile due to the seasoned rum barrels used in the aging process. The portion aged in rum barrels imparts aromas of baking spice, nutmeg and toasted marshmallow. The balance of the wine, aged on French and American oak, offers red fruits and boysenberry jam with notes of vanilla. The structure is savory with velvety tannins and a lingering finish.

From the winemaker: In 1987, we made our first vintage of a wine styled after the famous First Growth producers of Bordeaux, created with the same uncompromising care as the Grands Vins of those venerable chateaux.

This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer from the Grgich family's American Canyon Vineyard, a cool an dwindy site where the grapes ripen late, before the onset of botrytis. It's a beautifully balanced white, scented with notes of honey and brioche.

In keeping with the extraordinary growing season, the 2021 Jubilation by Colgin Cellars is brimming with intense fruits and pure mineral notes of stone and graphite. Vivid aromas of black cherry, baking spices and savory herbs resonate on the nose. Sleek, yet silky tannins glide across the palate with a graceful feel. The succulence of the palate lingers with subtle flavors of cocoa and licorice.

Dominus Estate is the Napa Valley property of Bordeaux producer Christian Moueix. The wine is bottled from the historic Napanook Vineyard. Located at the foothills of the Mayacamas, the vineyard was planted in 1838 and continues to evolve under the stewardship of Christian Moueix.

The EABA is more Syrah-dominated and checks in as 65% Syrah, 22% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache, and the rest Viognier that saw plenty of stems and close to two years in 50% new French oak.

The Fog Monster Bedrock Red is an heirloom field blend of 27 different grape varieties, including Zinfandel (55%), Carignan (15%), and Mataro (10%), sourced from the eponymous Bedrock single vineyard planted in 1888.

Ashes and Diamonds Rouge No.5 is a multi-vintage Bordeaux blend from select vineyards across Santa Cruz. Each release showcases a cuvée-grade vineyard, representing a majority of the blend.

This classic Northern Rhône inspired wine opens with floral aromatics reminiscent of lavender, violets, cassis and lead pencil. On the palate, it presents focused dark stone fruit, light game and black and white pepper flavors and brisk balancing acidity.

The Ashes & Diamonds 2019 Blanc No. 5 is a pristine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon by Steve Matthiasson, offering a glimpse into Napa's styles of days gone by. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie to increase richness and complexity, this is a genre defining white wine from one of the world's most forward-thinking winemakers.

Tapestry Red Blend bursts with aromas of ripe blueberry and blackberry with hints of sage, lavender, and cedar. Andosol draws inspiration from the historic field blends of California. The inherent stress the rugged site lends to grape growing will saturate the grapes with intensity and depth. An elegant example of this historic varietal, the 2017 Andosol is a reflection of all that Ink Grade has to offer, a wine polished and bold.
