Jericho Canyon's 2019 East Elevation Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley is a bold and expressive wine, showcasing the intensity of the vineyard’s rugged terrain.

Clément-Pichon offers blackcurrant and raspberry aromas on the nose, quite pure and airy, well defined if not overly complex. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit laced with graphite and tobacco, well knit with an elegant finish.

This wine is powerful yet has a fine balanced of tannins, alcohol and acidity. Its aromas are dense and midway between fruit and spices. Although a Gevrey-Chambertin "Villages", it can rightfully claim to have the aging potential of a Premier Cru.

This Premier Cru features black fruit which is very perceptible. "Les Cherbaudes" has superb length and will be a wonderful accompaniment to lengthy meals and substantial food... Its aging potential will easily extend to 12 to 15 years.

Planted in the grand cru vineyard Brand, the vines are north facing, ideal for Pinot Noir in this climate, as the wine is guaranteed to be fresh even in hot vintages. Compared to his Pinot Noir "S," also grown on granite, this cuvée is a little denser, very smooth, silky, and spicy, a wine obviously influenced by his love for Burgundy.

Lucien Boillot Volnay 1er Cru Les Caillerets 2021 is an elegant and refined Burgundy wine, showcasing the finesse of Pinot Noir from the renowned Les Caillerets vineyard. This vintage offers delicate aromas of red berries, floral notes, and subtle earthiness, with a harmonious balance of bright acidity and silky tannins.

This wine opens generously with layered aromas of black cherry, plum and currant, roasted coffee, unsweetened cacao, crushed violets, vanilla and nutmeg. Driven by energetic acidity, the palate is tied together by firm tannins, also integrating a glycerin-like, rounded body from the alcohol.

Bold plum, hedgerow fruit with a tempting dried lavender perfume on the nose. The wine confidently stalks onto the palate. Sleek yet succulent with rich spicy forest floor and the same hedgerow notes from the nose.

Once again, this is an impressive malbec from Colchagua. The fruit is mainly from Apalta. The fruit profile is mainly focused on sour cherries and blue fruit with some herbs and spices.

Fascinating nose of black raspberry, black tea, smoked meat, and high-toned suggestions of distilled berries and herbs. In the mouth, the fruit takes on a slightly caramelized edge and hints of resin from the barrels.
