The 2018 Barón de Magaña is a red blend produced with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from their oldest vineyards, looking for a fresher wine that expresses the limestone soils from their vineyards.

This is a big, bold Cabernet Sauvignon that explodes with black cherry, wild berry fruit and notes of chocolate and vanilla. The nose is slightly smoky. The body of the wine is rich in texture with bright, fresh finish.

A very colorful, deep red with shades of terracotta. Notes of toasted bread crust and mocha. Aromas of forest undergrowth, mushrooms and roasted plum. Very concentrated and ripe with round, full tannins.

Bruno Colin Maranges Premier Cru La Fussière is a distinguished red Burgundy wine from the Côte de Beaune region. Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, it offers elegant aromas of red berries, spices, and earthy undertones, with a well-balanced structure and refined tannins.

Climat is an exceptional grape selection unique to each vintage, to discover to secrets of our terroirs and keep a memory of its unique characteristics. Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. Mouth filling, with persistent tannins melted into the fruits. Harmonious finale, aromatic and intense.

Flat Top Hills Red Blend is a mouth-watering, medium to full bodied wine with cinnamon stick and spie components that marry well with generous, dark fruit and bright raspberry fruit notes. This well-structured, balanced wine statisfies the palate with a medium to long finish.

Deep bright red color with ruby reflections. Intense notes of red fruits, sweet spices such as cloves and leather. Its mouth is juicy with soft and round tannins, and toasted notes on the finish.

Easy drinking Merlot with ruby red color and showing aromas of: blackberry, plum, and raspberry. There are flavours of plum and blackberry.

Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: Floral and fruity aromas. Full-bodied and complex, with notes of iris, spices and ripe fruit.
Flavour: When young, violet and cherry notes dominate. After a few years, the bouquet develops aromas of iris, spices and ripe fruit. Later, aromas of undergrowth and truffle begin to appear, followed by musk.

Ruby red color of medium intensity, which tends to garnet upon aging. It has a characteristic perfume that is pleasant and delicate, with hints of fruit that grow in the area: cherries, marascas, and plums. The flavor is dry, bodied, slightly bitter, savory, and harmonious.

The 2021 is the largest and most complex blend we've ever made with dozens of components from vineyards across the realm of Napa Valley. This vintage includes new vineyard sources from Calistoga, Rutherford and Oak Knoll AVA, allowing us to broaden our painter’s palette.

The single non-local vineyard, Hanspeter is super stoked by the site, which is a half-hour away on the lower hills of the Black Forest, on limestone layered with iron-rich clay, in a strikingly high elevation of almost 2,000 feet.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with many great vineyards that span a diverse and varied view into a region that many would call the heartland of California Pinot Noir. Our goal is to create a wine that shows the essence of this iconic appellation.

The 2020 Serial Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with deep color and aromas. Wild, red and black berries, sweet herbs and cedar on the nose intensify on the palate with Chambord, chocolate nib, mocha and licorice flavors.

Very delicate destemming and crushing to preserve the integrity of the grapes followed by a first fermentation in october for 8-10 days at controlled temperature (21-22°C). A second "Ripasso" refermentation (on the skins of Amarone in February/March.
