This Grape is a 100% Merlot. Its scent of Red Berries (Strawberry, Rasberry) and Cherries. Its taste is fine, light semi sweet wild red berries with soft tannins.

Succulent fruit flavors and crisp freshness distinguish our esteemed Tuscan wine. Exclusive use of free-run juice to avoid color extraction from the skins. The temperature-controlled fermentation (15-16C) is followed by a short storage in stainless steel tanks and, finally, by an early bottling to capture varietal freshness.

As Dark Horse Wines' newest endeavor, this Merlot wine seeks to excite the tastes and inspire the palates of California wine enthusiasts. Dark Horse Merlot was carefully aged to develop dark fruit flavors and mocha aromas.

Dark Horse Cabernet is made from a blend of hand-selected grapes grown predominantly in the Lodi and Delta winegrowing areas of California's Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. The 2021 Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon was carefully aged to develop dark fruit flavors and dark roast aromas.

This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.
