Easy drinking Merlot with ruby red color and showing aromas of: blackberry, plum, and raspberry. There are flavours of plum and blackberry.

Ruby red color, bright, red highlights. Intense strawberry and blueberry with a hint of cassis. Smooth and velvety on the palate with ne-grained tannins and an elegant finish.

Accurate flinty aromas are wrapped in orange blossom and unripe pear notes. The palate is supported with crisp minerality and flavors of round lemon, and kiwi fruit. A crisp and mouth-filing finish. Pairs well with Chavignol goat cheese, smoked salmon, and caviar.

Very expressive with floral, plant and woody notes, evolving into aromas of exotic fruit. Fresh, full and well-balanced with an expressive finish and a slight return of exotic fruit and floral zests.

Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: Floral and fruity aromas. Full-bodied and complex, with notes of iris, spices and ripe fruit.
Flavour: When young, violet and cherry notes dominate. After a few years, the bouquet develops aromas of iris, spices and ripe fruit. Later, aromas of undergrowth and truffle begin to appear, followed by musk.

Ruby red color of medium intensity, which tends to garnet upon aging. It has a characteristic perfume that is pleasant and delicate, with hints of fruit that grow in the area: cherries, marascas, and plums. The flavor is dry, bodied, slightly bitter, savory, and harmonious.

The 2021 is the largest and most complex blend we've ever made with dozens of components from vineyards across the realm of Napa Valley. This vintage includes new vineyard sources from Calistoga, Rutherford and Oak Knoll AVA, allowing us to broaden our painter’s palette.

Off dry with delicious fruit flavors of peach and apriocots meld together in this classic example of Mosel Riesling.

The single non-local vineyard, Hanspeter is super stoked by the site, which is a half-hour away on the lower hills of the Black Forest, on limestone layered with iron-rich clay, in a strikingly high elevation of almost 2,000 feet.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with many great vineyards that span a diverse and varied view into a region that many would call the heartland of California Pinot Noir. Our goal is to create a wine that shows the essence of this iconic appellation.

Named in honour of faithful hounds everywhere, Bar Dog offers a well-balanced, refreshing chardonnay. Its aromas and flavours of lifted ripe pineapple fruit, followed by notes of nuts, honey and citrus lead to a fresh finish. Pair with roast chicken, grilled pork chops or vegetarian fare and enjoy with Spot at your side.

Sourced from premium vineyards across California, Bar Dog Pinot Grigio is a tried and true everyday favorite, just like your trusty neighborhood Bar Dog. This Pinot Grigio is crisp and bright on the palate with flavors of peach, pear and guava. The well rounded finished is delightfully decadent.
