Buttery Chardonnay displays rich buttery aromas, spice and concentrated ripe stone fruits, complemented with notes of vanilla and butterscotch. This wine is smooth and creamy, and simply melts in your mouth, highlighting the beautifully blended vanilla and toasted oak flavors with a rich lingering finish.

Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar.

Marsannay is the village which marks the northern gateway to the Côte d'Or on leaving Dijon, the capital of Burgundy and home to the Ducs de Bourgogne. This village marks the beginning of the Route des Grands Crus which follows the N6 highway through the Côte d'Or. Marsannay received its Appellation Contrôlée in 1987 in recognition of its consistently high quality wines.

This Chassagne-Montrachet unveils a dark garnet hue. Its nose is characterized by blackcurrant and blackberry. The mouthfeel is ample, supple and has aromas of blackcurrant and wild strawberry. The finale is long and elegant.

Hikari White Plum Wine is a delightful and aromatic Japanese plum wine that captures the essence of ripe white plums in every sip. Crafted with precision and care, this unique libation offers a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, creating a refreshing and crisp flavor profile.

Vivid garnet in color with perfumed and inviting aromas of rich dark cherry, plum,chocolate, and layered undertones of vanilla, clove, black pepper, and sage. A well-balanced expression of fruit and oak elements fills the palate with cassis, bright cherry, dark berry, toast, cedar, and a hint of vanilla. Round but structured, with well-knit tannins that impart texture and length on the finish.

Straw color. The origin of Lot C-91 began in the fall of 1969 when Joe Heitz created this one-off cuvée, which was very normal in those days, as a more premium version of his already iconic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon bottling. Joe envisioned Lot C-91 as a greater step up in quality from the Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with a higher quality of fruit sourcing, coming exclusively from the sought-after single vineyards of Heitz Cellar.

Tasting Note: With an ample and deep bouquet, it offers hints of berries and spices combined with mineral and balsamic notes. On the palate it reflects the extraordinary complexity and elegance characterized by marked minerality and important tannins and a finish of remarkable persistence.

A wine that has acquired an increasingly well-defined identity over the years and that in 2019, also on the strength of a spectacular harvest and the confirmation of the addition of Cabernet Franc in the blend, undoubtedly marks its territorial connotation.
