Barkan Classic Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown at the winery's vineyards in the center of Israel. The vines yield small crops and ripen early. Hand picked in small containers, the grapes are rushed to the winery to ensure maximum quality.

Very light amber-green color. It boasts a tropical fuit and peach aroma. The palate echoes yellow apples and sweet pineapple. A medium-bodied wine with a pleasant and well-balanced finish. Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.
