Binyamina Reserve Merlot is made from grapes of the blue-blooded Merlot variety with origins in Bordeaux. The grapes were harvested from our vineyards in two adjacent regions: the Upper Galilee, primarily from Kerem Ben Zimra, on a combination of basaltic and terra rossa soil over hard limestone bedrock with efficient aeration of the roots; and the center of the Golan Heights, with its deep, basaltic soil and good drainage.

Winemaker, Eli Ben-Zaken, crafts this wine by allocating a portion of premium grape varietals - Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc - destined for the winery's flagship wine, Domaine du Castel Grand Vin. The grapes are picked early to ensure that the resulting wine has enough acidity to offer the crisp and tart nature of a rose that is expected.

The fresh fruit, sweet/sour, of the 'Wonderful' species, is squeezed when it is at the peak of its ripeness, undergoes a fermentation process after which it is aged for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel vats. Pomegranate is effective in lowering blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels etc. Pomegranate is rich in anti-oxidants.

A series of light, accessible, especially aromatic, happy and enjoyable wines, with a naturally low alcohol percentage, with a slight bubble and a gentle sweetness. The wines are made in the style of the Italian "Muscato de Asti". Wines suitable for a wide range of consumption options, providing a drinking experience that does not require advance preparation. Just drink and enjoy.

With its intense flavors and layered complexity, combined with softness and restraint, this wine is capable of gracefully maturing in a bottle, befitting of wines produced in the Superieur Series.

A blend of varieties ideal for the Israeli climate, with aromas of black fruit and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Juicy, spicy and elegant. Aging: 10 months in small French oak barrels.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.

Tabor Moscato Rose is a naturally sparkling delicious and fun aromatic wine with floral notes and summer fruit.

Due to its distinctiveness, aging will further enhance its taste. This Merlot was aged in new French oak barrels for 20 months. It is a deep red in color with aromas of fruit and coffee. It has intense fruit flavors and is beautifully balanced.

Segal's Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon is a rustic, intense wine that you need to approach with caution. But like many wild beasts, once it sees your intentions are good it will become a friend for life.

1848 Cabernet Sauvignon Grand Reserve 2014 is a distinguished red wine from the Galilee region in Israel. Crafted with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine reflects the unique terroir of the area. The 2014 vintage is known for its depth and complexity, showcasing rich black fruit flavors, hints of cedar, and a touch of spice.

Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne.
