Dedicated care and personal attention to the vines yielded perfect grape clusters, which underwent meticulous sorting upon reaching the adjacent winery and controlled, supervised fermentation. This precision let to superb extraction, which was aged in fine French oak barrels.

The first impression of the luxurious "Yarden Rom" with a hint of its inspiring aroma points to richness. The "Yarden Rome" delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with characters of ripe red and black fruits. The Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon features classic Cabernet characters of berries and plum, complemented by complexing notes of herbs, earth and spice. With satisfying body and good concentration of flavor, the wine is wonderful for everyday drinking. Enjoyable upon release, the Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon should remain in great drinking condition for about three years from harvest. Give the wine a go with barbequed beef ribs, a lamb meatball sandwich or rich mushroom risotto.
