Appellation controlled wine produced from Rkatsiteli (85%) and Kakhuri Mtvane (15%) grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhety region. Fermentation is driven by natural east. Aged in oak barrels this light straw color wine perfectly preserves aromas typical to these varieties displayed with peaches, quince and wild flowers flavors deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.

This light straw color wine perfectly preserves aromas typical to these varieties displayed with apples, peaches, pears and ripe apricots. Aftertaste is lingering supported by light acid balancing the fruity sweetness. Recommended serving temperature 52-54 degrees F.

Kisi grape were selected from our old vineyards, and fermented for six months in the traditional clay vessel - Ovevri buried in the ground in our wine cellar. After the primary fermentation the wine is pressed and transferred to the French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation. Aromas of dried peach, pines and white flowers, The palate is full, with flavors of black tea and pears supported by firm tannins, followed by a long lingering finish.

Traditional Georgian wine made from Rkatsiteli and Kakhuri Mtsvane grape varieties cultivated in the strictly regulated micro-zone of Tsinandali, Telavi district, Kakheti, Eastern Georgia. On the palate it is crisp and fresh with hints of banana and tropical salads. Its subtly creamy and complex taste is from partial ageing in french oak. Dry white wine of protected designation of origin Tsinandali is an excellent wine from Georgia, made from the highest quality grape varieties. Cultivated in Tsinandali micro zone. The wine has a pale gold color, fruity flavor and balanced taste. This wine is recommended together with salads, cheese, dishes from poultry and fish under the temperature of 50 °F - 57 °F.

The wine is produced in Kakheti region from superior quality Rkatitseli grape variety. The wine is distinguished by a sweet bouquet of fresh white fruit. Soft and nice acidity matches the sweet taste perfectly.

Dry white wine made from Krakhuna grape variety, appellation - Imereti. Krakhuna is an Imeretian variety of white grape, which tends to ripen late, and from which some of the strongest and most full-bodied Imeretian white wines are produced.

This beautiful aromatic blend of two grapes has resulted in an outstanding wine expressive of ripe lemon zest, juicy apples, ripe peaches and apricots with gentle honeysuckle, acacia and other wild flowers. On the palate, high acidity and vivacity is balanced by the complexity of flavours. Vaziani Mtsvane - Khikhvi was born at the scenic vineyards of the Kakheti region in south-eastern Georgia.

The ancient Georgian word "Gemieri" is translated as "tasty". A hand-picked variation of carefully selected and ripe grapes from the microzones Sviri in Imereti and Tsinandali in Kakheti. After separating from the stems, the berries are cooled to 4-6 ° C and pressed with controlled pressure. The fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at the optimum temperature. After fermentation is complete, the wine is poured into another stainless steel tank for further refinement.

Rkatsiteli is a dry white wine made from Rkatsiteli grapes with a crystal bright straw colour. The fine, fruity bouquet is dominated by apple and melon. The taste is fresh and harmonious. Food matching: an ideal match with freshly caught fish and starters. Serve at +8C .. +10C

Mtsvane is a white dry wine made from Mtsvane grapes. This pale straw gold wine has an intriguing floral bouquet. On the palate it is fresh and zesty. Food matching: an elegant wine ideal with grilled fish and salads. Serve at +8C .. +10C

It is made from grapes of the varieties of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, grown in the micro-zone of Tsinandali in Kakheti. Classic technology is used to make wine. The wine has a refreshing, pleasant taste with well-balanced acidity, fruity notes and a long aftertaste, and is recommended to be served with poultry, salads, grilled fish and cheese.

Mildiani white dry wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes in Imereti and is traditionally fermented in kvevri. The drink has a light straw color and a typical Tsolikouri varietal aroma with elements of white fruits and wildflowers, and the taste is high-spirited, cheerful, full-bodied and balanced. It goes very well with salads, fish and seafood. The recommended temperature for serving is 6-8 °C.
