It is made from grapes of the varieties of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane, grown in the micro-zone of Tsinandali in Kakheti. Classic technology is used to make wine. The wine has a refreshing, pleasant taste with well-balanced acidity, fruity notes and a long aftertaste, and is recommended to be served with poultry, salads, grilled fish and cheese.
The wine is produced in Kakheti region from specially selected Rkatitseli grapes. The wine perfectly displays aroma typical to this variety. Dried white fruit and pleasant tones are distinct. Slightly sour taste is combined perfectly with apple notes.
Produced from Rkatitseli grapes cultivated in Sagarejo district of Kakheti region. The wine is an amber color with aromas of dried fruits and jams. Delicate, refined taste with lively acidity and notes of apple and pear and a long persistent finish. Ideal pair to grilled meat, salads, and cheese. Best served at 54-56°F.
Dry white wine Rkatsiteli Kvevri is made from grapes of the same name, grown in the Kistauri microzone (Kakheti). The wine is created according to the classical technology of making Georgian dry white wines, when fermentation and aging take place in kvevri - huge clay jugs, traditional in Kakhetian winemaking. Wine is aged in qvevri for at least 6 months.
