[yellow tail] Pinot Grigio is delightfully fresh, zesty, and elegant with lots of super-ripe concentrated fruit. This wine has fragrant aromas of citrus fruits with delicate flavor notes of lively green apples and pears.

Inspired by the traditional drink of Spain, [yellow tail] Sangria combines a splash of sweet citrus with premium red wine. The aroma is perfumed and enticing with orange rind, citrus, and red-berry notes that splashes onto the palate with a soft sweet-citrus flavor and hints of spirit.

Intense nose of apricot and cheese, derived from wild ferment and age on oak lees. Long dry finish with intense lasting fruit flavors, a big Pinot Gris not for the faint at heart.
