Sassoregale Vermentino presents a bright, straw yellow. It offers an elegant and crisp bouquet dominated by citrus with hints of Mediterranean herbs on the nose.

Succulent fruit flavors and crisp freshness distinguish our esteemed Tuscan wine. Exclusive use of free-run juice to avoid color extraction from the skins. The temperature-controlled fermentation (15-16C) is followed by a short storage in stainless steel tanks and, finally, by an early bottling to capture varietal freshness.

Grown predominantly along the sun-kissed coastal vineyards in Tuscany, Vermentino captures the essence of the Mediterranean Sea with its pronounced salinity, leading to a captivating phenolic finish. With notes of white flowers, stone, and Mediterranean spices, this complex and light-bodied white wine is persistent, full and well-balanced with nice minerality and bright acidity. Best served slightly chilled.

Vermentino from the Guado al Tasso estate is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Excellent aromatic intensity on the nose offers notes of citrus fruit, white flower blossoms and tropical fruit. On the palate it’s savory with good persistence of flavors and a fresh and pleasant citrusy finish.
