Beautiful salmon color. Very complex nose combining citrus notes and floral aromas with a great finesse. Round in at-tack and fresh in the final, it combines, freshness and lightness. Blood Orange will put freshness in your sunny moments.
Thanks to night harvesting, the cuvee benefits from several hours of low temperature skin-contact maceration. The different grape varietals are vinified separately with temperature controlled at 60 degrees F following cold settling. Malolactic fermentation is stopped in order to make the final blend, all the varietals are tasted to arrive at their best possible result.
Lots of rose blossom and peach skin in terms of aromas with pretty and subtle fruit on the nose. Full body, plenty of fruit and a lively finish. It's focused and vibrant.
A vibrant, expressive rosĆ© that combines zestful aromas with an intense freshness allowing the fruit to fully embody the wine.Ā The grapes are harvested by hand. De-stemming and crushing are followed by cooling and inert gas injection. Free-run juices are selected. Alcoholic fermentation at 14Ā°C.
Scintillating, rather pale tea-rose pink. The nose opens on aromas of red fruit such as redcurrant and wild strawberry, followed with airing by raspberry and a hint of pink grapefruit. A fruit-forward attack on redcurrant and raspberry leads into a nicely balanced mid-palate lifted by fresh citrus flavors, especially grapefruit, while the finish reveals more floral notes reminiscent of lily-of-the-valley and violet.
