Ashes and Diamonds Rouge No.5 is a multi-vintage Bordeaux blend from select vineyards across Santa Cruz. Each release showcases a cuvée-grade vineyard, representing a majority of the blend.

This classic Northern Rhône inspired wine opens with floral aromatics reminiscent of lavender, violets, cassis and lead pencil. On the palate, it presents focused dark stone fruit, light game and black and white pepper flavors and brisk balancing acidity.

The Ashes & Diamonds 2019 Blanc No. 5 is a pristine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon by Steve Matthiasson, offering a glimpse into Napa's styles of days gone by. Barrel fermented and aged sur lie to increase richness and complexity, this is a genre defining white wine from one of the world's most forward-thinking winemakers.

Tapestry Red Blend bursts with aromas of ripe blueberry and blackberry with hints of sage, lavender, and cedar. Andosol draws inspiration from the historic field blends of California. The inherent stress the rugged site lends to grape growing will saturate the grapes with intensity and depth. An elegant example of this historic varietal, the 2017 Andosol is a reflection of all that Ink Grade has to offer, a wine polished and bold.

For six generations, the Herzog family produced award winning, quality wines in their native Czechoslovakia. Since moving to the United States in 1948, that tradition has continued under the seventh and eighth generations, with a commitment to excellence undiminished by time.

The 2020 Oakcross Proprietary Red presents itself with an intense, dark ruby color. It opens with scents of red plum, perfume and aromatic floral notes of violet, along with hints of pomegranate, persimmon and vanilla cream.

With its own distinct personality, Napanook presents a bold and vibrant character. Its exuberant fruit, smooth structure, and medium bodied texture lend to its immediate appeal.

The 2020 Quintessa enters on a core of cassis, black cherry, and currants enveloped by clove spice and savory dried herbs. Layers of structured tannin and the distinct mineral imprint of the Quintessa terroir give way to a structured and polished finish. Balanced and with well-integrated movement, this elegant and complex wine has plenty of life ahead of it – drinking well now and with cellar potential for at least 20 years.

A fragrant, complex bouquet of ripe blackberry and boysenberry complemented by notes of dark chocolate and toasty oak. Rich and smooth on the palate, the sumptuous dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and lush tannins with a lingering, elegant finish and a hint minerality.

The Papillon pours into the glass with a deep crimson hue, accented by vibrant purple highlights and a ruby edge. The wine’s viscosity is evident, with slow-moving tears, and its aroma reveals layers of ripe boysenberry, floral violets, chocolate-covered blueberries, hints of citrus zest, mineral graphite, and warm brioche.

Ramey Claret follows the Bordelaise model of blending different Bordeaux varietals. Malolactic fermentation is completed in barrel, and the blend is assembled early so it is "elevated" as the finished wine.

From the exclusive Screaming Eagle estate in Napa Valley comes this relatively new wine made from younger vines. The Flight is simply compelling and a jewel for the collectors.
