Dark Horse Cabernet is made from a blend of hand-selected grapes grown predominantly in the Lodi and Delta winegrowing areas of California's Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. The 2021 Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon was carefully aged to develop dark fruit flavors and dark roast aromas.

Kedem Marsala is a rich, high-alcohol wine that serves as both an exceptional cooking ingredient and a delightful sipping wine. It pairs beautifully with meats, as well as desserts, pastries, and fruit, offering versatility for a wide range of dishes.
