This wine is produced from exquisitely balanced grapes grown in Segal's Dishon Vineyard. The vineyard, in the Kadesh Valley in the northern Galilee, is planted on well-drained, dark soil at a height of 430 meters above sea level. Select blocks of the vineyard are densely planted, and strict vineyard management limits the yield, thus intensifying the grapes' natural sugar, acid, and color. Rich tannins enhance the fruit's quality.

Makashvili Wine Cellar is one of the oldest and most well respected estates in Georgia. The 2018 Khikhvi is produced from estate grown hand harvested grapes from the village of Kardenakhit. It is aged in Qvevri for 6 months with skins and stems.

A single varietal (100 percent) Tempranillo. Its grapes are from Cenicero. They are destemmed and pressed with new fermentation control technology and long maceration periods.

This has notes of dried herbs, fennel, lemons, white grapefruit and guava. It's medium-bodied with tangy acidity an the fruity and vibrant palate. Excellent freshness and intensity.

This 2021 rendition boasts beautifully fresh, fragrant aromas of honeydew melon, grapefruit and guava, with a slight floral note. Full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, with a silky texture, its vibrant melon, citrus and gooseberry flavors are perfectly balanced, leading to a long, succulent finish boasting bright citrus and mineral tones. Red dry wine, made from the Otskhanuri Sapere grape variety, harvested in the Imereti region. Aged in special oak vats, the wine is dark purple with enticing flavors of berries, hints of cherry, cream, and spices. The wine is full-bodied, with strong tannins and pleasant acidity characteristic of Imeretian wine.

This 2018 Gravel Road Pinot Noir has a surprising expression of red fruit, especially given the blacker fruits usually associated with a warm growing season like 2018. Pronounced aromas of rhubarb/strawberry, juicy red plum, and black raspberry fruit is layered with allspice with a bit of cinnamon stick spice.
