Produced in the tiniest of quantities, this absolutely stunning Barolo is a delight! Texture like velvet and extremely elegant, it is open, generous and layered with juicy red cherry flavours overlain with herbs and spices, plus notes of raspberry and cranberry.

This is a blend of Grignolino, Pinot Noir and two ancient native grapes from this area that Fabrizio is helping to revive- a red grape called Slarina and a white called Baratuciat. This is on the lighter side of medium with racy red fruit and spice, perfect with a chill next to anything grilled.

The Barolo Ravera di Monforte is a powerful, structured wine with vibrant red cherry fruit, leather, cedar, mint, iron, white pepper, and dried flowers. It offers a mid-weight profile with firm tannins, showcasing tension and energy that will reward patience as it evolves over time.

Garnet red with brilliant hues, this elegant wine expresses a fine bouquet with notes of small red fruits, rose petals and tea leaves. The tannins are fine and aristocratic, and the finish is long and full of flavor.

Pinot Noir from Barbaresco? I admit feeling a bit skeptical when Silvio dipped his thief into the sole barrel of this oddity of a wine. It took only one sip to be not only convinced, but awestruck, by this fragrant elixir.

Hand-harvested and sorted at the winery after harvest. Fermentation with native yeasts, Fermentation lasts 18 - 25 days for all wines. Aged in stainless steel tank for 18 months. Aged in bottle for 3 months before release. Age of vines: 60 years.

The Castello di Neive Barbaresco Santo Stefano Riserva is an exquisite Italian red wine crafted from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the prestigious Santo Stefano vineyard. This Riserva showcases rich aromas of cherry, rose, and earthy spice, with elegant tannins and a long, velvety finish.

This Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by the Alberto Ballarin winery, located in La Morra, one of the most fascinating villages in the Langhe. The winery was founded in the 80s by the will of Luigi and his sons Giorgio and Giovanni.
