Domaine Lucien Boillot & Fils Gevrey-Chambertin Les Corbeaux 2021 is a deep, dark red wine with vibrant red berry fruit, floral notes, and a hint of minerality. Its perfumed aroma and fresh character create an elegant and balanced profile.

Fascinating nose of black raspberry, black tea, smoked meat, and high-toned suggestions of distilled berries and herbs. In the mouth, the fruit takes on a slightly caramelized edge and hints of resin from the barrels.

A very generous nose, with a very intense complexity. On the palate, the power and structure are there, while maintaining great finesse. A wine that will only improve over the coming years.

An elegant, complex nose with aromas of black fruit, sweet spices, and liquorice… The palate: supple, fleshy, with well-blended tannins, and a mineral finish. A very great Premier Cru, and among the rarest and most refined from the area.

A rare blend of fruit from around the village of Gevrey-Chambertin in the Côte de Nuits, and some from around Volnay in the Côte de Beaune. The lush fruit and structure from Gevrey and the floral, soft touch of Volnay combine to create pure magic!

Aromas of plums, orange zest, peony and spices introduce the 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes, a medium-bodied, elegantly fleshy, charming wine that's fine-boned, pure and precise.

Beautiful ruby color. This wine has pleasant, fresh, red-fruit aromas on the nose, which we also savor on the palate. It has a rich and very ripe substance, with fine round tannins. It’s a very well structured and pleasant wine.

A great deal of volume and presence on the nose. In the mouth, it is perhaps the fleshiest of all, and the one already showing the greatest balance. This is a fine example of a great terroir that acts as a filter to receive and to master the force of the sun.

The 2021 Échézeaux Grand Cru has turned out beautifully in bottle, bursting with aromas of wild strawberries, spruce, baking spices and orange zest, followed by a full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping palate that's taken on appreciable mid-palate fat and dimension since I tasted it from barrel last year.
