The 2021 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is showing nicely, opening in the glass with scents of pear, orange oil, clear honey, blanched almonds and fresh bread. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and textural, it’s rich and fleshy, with bright acids girdling its enveloping core of fruit.

A wine that is pleasantly fruity with an attack that reveals wonderful freshness. This Gevrey-Chambertin Villages can definitely be cellared for 5 to 6 years.

Deep, dark red. Red berry fruit, mineral, floral. Perfumed and fresh. Structured finish.

After an attack on subtle, ripe black fruit and spice notes, the black fruit flavors expand on the mid-palate before giving way to spice notes and attracted roasted coffee-bean flavors on a dense finish underpinned by refined tannins.

This blend comes from a vineyard just south of Saint-Emilion. Rounded and smooth, it is medium to full-bodied with soft tannins and a long, fresh finish. Oak is slightly used and this lets the plum, bramble jelly and blackcurrant fruit really come to the fore.

Elegant Sauvignon blanc from the Loire Valley. Notes of pear and citrus. This Pouilly Fumé shows pale yellow with a pronounced bouquet of white currants. It is dry, lively and fresh with well-defined fruit. Grown on the opposite bank from Sancerre, this wine is a little more complex and flowery than Sancerre.

A young vine, peppery and juicy Syrah with aromas of violets, spices and blackberries. A great freshness, soft and fleshy tannins, as well as a persistent finish.

Le Vieux Clocher Chablis 2023 is a crisp and elegant white wine hailing from the renowned Chablis region in Burgundy, France. This vintage offers vibrant notes of green apple, citrus, and subtle minerality, characteristic of its terroir.

After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly three weeks during fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.

This young 2022 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reveals an impressive depth, combining notes of red cherries, tart and sweet raspberries, and just a hint of violets.

An aromatic and flavorful Bordeaux, the Chatearu Rouyamont Lalande is a highly rated French wine. Consisting of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc grapes sourced from France's premier wine growing region. It exudes earthy aromas that are clean and fresh with undertones of cherries and raspberries.

An elegant red blend produced in Saint-Emilion, Les Roches De Yon enjoys subtle hints of dark chocolate and seasoned berry. Comprised of 83% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, this accessible wine carries a refined body and a lush aromatic character.

Situated on a magnificent terroir composed of deep gravel, Gazin Rocquencourt, owned by the Malartic Estates, is one of the jewels of Pessac-Léognan appellation. Founded in the 17th century, it is regarded as one of the oldest wine-growing estates in the commune.

Chateau Piada has gorgeous floral, peach, and citrus aromatics and an incredible honeyed texture, with beautiful acidity.

Smooth, with a floral perfume, red cherries and berries, and some toasty sweet spice. Pleasingly savoury too, with some dusty layers of wet leaves, meat, and mushroom.
