Eric Texier single-handedly rescued Brezeme, an obscure sub-region of the Northern Rhone where heritage Syrah is grown. This wine is his staple: 100% Syrah produced from middle-aged, south-facing vines. It's a great introduction to Texier's wines, but also just a great value in Northern Rhone loveliness.

The 19th century château overlooks 36 hectares of vines growing on a soil consisting of clay and limestone rock. This round, fruity wine has been carefully aged to reflect its intrinsic elegance, and is faithful to the heritage of Baron Edmond de Rothschild.

Château de Beaucastel Ch. Hommage À Jacques Perrin 2009 is an exceptional red wine produced in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation of the Rhône Valley, France. Crafted primarily from Mourvèdre grapes, blended with other traditional varietals, this wine pays homage to Jacques Perrin, a pioneer in the region.

Originating in the Jura region of France, the Grivot family settled in Vosne-Romanée right before the French Revolution. In 1919, Gaston Grivot sold his vines in less prominent areas to be able to buy a large plot in the grand cru Clos de Vougeot.

The 2016 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru was reduced by one-third due to the frost, unorthodox in that it affected the higher part of Etienne's vines. It has a slightly more rustic, almost obdurate nose than the previous two vintages, with touches of dried blood and something almost ferrous sutured into the red berry fruit.

Domaine Jean Grivot is among the great names in Burgundian wine. Étienne Grivot and his wife Marielle took over from Étienne’s father Jean Grivot in 1987. The vineyards are densely planted and farmed organically “sans certification” while the aim in the cellar is for balance and clear expression of terroir.

A blend of Grenache (90%) and Mourvèdre (10%) fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel, this perfumed, blossomy red shines a spotlight on lustrous boysenberry and raspberry flavors.

Mercurey is located in the Côte Chalonnaise and produces well structured and pure, fruit driven reds with a distinctive underlying earthiness. Their relative low price when compared with wines from the more famous Côte d'Or appellations makes them good value for money.

A very colorful, deep red with shades of terracotta. Notes of toasted bread crust and mocha. Aromas of forest undergrowth, mushrooms and roasted plum. Very concentrated and ripe with round, full tannins.

Bruno Colin Maranges Premier Cru La Fussière is a distinguished red Burgundy wine from the Côte de Beaune region. Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes, it offers elegant aromas of red berries, spices, and earthy undertones, with a well-balanced structure and refined tannins.

Climat is an exceptional grape selection unique to each vintage, to discover to secrets of our terroirs and keep a memory of its unique characteristics. Grand Cru “rich and structured” with a dark and glistening robe. Concentrated nose with fragrances of dark fruits, spices, undergrowth and distinguished oak notes. Mouth filling, with persistent tannins melted into the fruits. Harmonious finale, aromatic and intense.

Color: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: Floral and fruity aromas. Full-bodied and complex, with notes of iris, spices and ripe fruit.
Flavour: When young, violet and cherry notes dominate. After a few years, the bouquet develops aromas of iris, spices and ripe fruit. Later, aromas of undergrowth and truffle begin to appear, followed by musk.

Clos de la Roilette spans 9 hectares on one of the best crus of the Beaujolais, Fleurie. Alain Coudert took over from his father in 1987, who had inherited the domain twenty years earlier. Alain Coudert farms his vines sustainably and produces three cuvée of Fleurie and one cuvée of Brouilly. Excellent-quality wines!

100% Gamay. Grapes from most of Roilette's oldest vines go into the Cuvée Tardive" bottling, but a small portion of them dating back to 1930 are reserved for the smallest of all Roilette production, La Griffe du Marquis, the only barrique-aged wine from this cellar.
