This wine immediately shows the talents of the winemakers. Floral tones, slightly citrus also in the scent. The taste has a nice acidity, is also very precise. Long and impressive aftertaste. Serve with seafood, grilled fish dishes, veal and cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort.
Notes of lime and lemon pith, some herbaceous notes, a touch of saline, earthy minerals, followed by a bit of white peach with mouth-watering acidity and a moderately long finish.
A precise aroma with typical citrus and green aromas of the grape. The very clean taste is dominated by abundant minerality and acidity.
