Saint Amour is bounding with juicy raspberry fruit. It's full of energy with great minerality and silky tannins. Saint Amour has the most diverse geology of all of the Cru Beaujolais. Bright, juicy and with good freshness, this pushes a mix of yellow apple, pineapple, and white peach to the fore, backed by a long elderflower honey note that holds the finish prettily.
