After sorting in the vineyard and winery, the grapes are de-stemmed then directly put in tank. The spontaneous fermentation then starts. The grapes will stay in tank for roughly three weeks during fermentation. The wine is then put in oak barrels, by gravity, for 10 months (no new oak). No fining is performed.

An elegant red blend produced in Saint-Emilion, Les Roches De Yon enjoys subtle hints of dark chocolate and seasoned berry. Comprised of 83% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot, this accessible wine carries a refined body and a lush aromatic character.

Situated on a magnificent terroir composed of deep gravel, Gazin Rocquencourt, owned by the Malartic Estates, is one of the jewels of Pessac-Léognan appellation. Founded in the 17th century, it is regarded as one of the oldest wine-growing estates in the commune.

Bright pale yellow robe with golden reflections. The nose is complex, combining flowers (broom), grapefruit with mineral aromas (flint). The attack is lively and fresh with confirmation of exotic fruits. Good aromatic persistence.

Simonnet-Febvre Chablis is a crisp and mineral-driven French white. It greets with alluring aromas of green apple, citrus, and a touch of flinty notes. Château ARBO 2019, is a dense purple colour. On the nose, a fine and subtle bouquet revealing notes of blackberries, cherries and peppermint. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well supported by the freshness of its structure. The tannins are fine and well-integrated, with a juicy and fruity finish.

For red varieties, harvests began on 21 September for the ‘old’ Merlot and finished on 8 October with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The red wines are extraordinarily fruity with a deep color, powerful aromas, and silky tannins with a high concentration of polyphenols.

A very colorful, deep red with shades of terracotta. Notes of toasted bread crust and mocha. Aromas of forest undergrowth, mushrooms and roasted plum. Very concentrated and ripe with round, full tannins.

Bruno Colin Saint-Aubin Premier Cru "Le Charmois" is an elegant white Burgundy that showcases the terroir of the Côte de Beaune. This Premier Cru Chardonnay offers refined notes of citrus, white flowers, and a subtle minerality, perfect for pairing with seafood and poultry.

Golden hue and exceptional purity. A very precise wine. Mineral backbone and good complexity. The first nose is dominated by aromas of white flowers and licorice. The palate is full-bodied, smooth and rich with a delicate acidity that gives it a lively finish.
