A melange of dried red flower and black fruits explode on the nose, and the palate bristles with textural notes of potpourri, dark cherry, and watermelon seed.
The 2021 Bodyguard is a sleek yet powerful blend of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah, displaying both opulence and structure. The 2021 vintage presents fragrant fruit aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant and crème de cassis. Notes of cocoa, coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, and sweet cherry pipe tobacco are rounded out with whispers of truffle, toffee, mocha, and menthol.
Aromas of freshly cut hay and slight hints of guava lead into more subtle notes of pear. On the palate, the wine is balanced with perfect natural acidity that reveals the refreshing yet subtle flavors of litchi and green apple. This wine reflects the ripe, succulent Pinot Grigio flavors that the g rapes show on the vine.
The St. Huberts The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon shows a deep ruby, garnet, crimson color. Perfumed aromas on the nose offer inviting bramble berry notes of wild raspberry, dark cherry, and red currant, alongside baking spice notes of allspice, cedar, tobacco leaf and clove.
The 2019 Intercept Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of ripe blackberries, red currants, and dried herbs. The wine is full-bodied with flavors of baking spice and plush ripe fruit with a long, fine grained tannin finish.
This wine is a deep burgundy, crimson color. On the nose the wine offers inviting aromas of macerated blueberries, raspberry pie, and plum preserves alongside holiday baking spice notes of brown sugar, vanilla, nutmeg and clove.

Force & Grace Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is dense and textured, with concentrated ripe black cherry, blackberry, raspberry fruit leather and cassis flavors, and velvety tannins that beautifully complement the rich fruit. The Calling 2021 Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is deep plum red in color with vibrant hues. The aroma is rich and complex with layers of ripe blackberry fruit, mocha, and warm vanilla spice with subtle hints of nutmeg. The flavors are bold with notes of cherry pie, coffee and a rich warm and spicy oak finish.
