Barrel fermented and aged sur lie to increase richness and complexity, this is a genre defining white wine from one of the world's most forward-thinking winemakers.

Incredible aromas of berries and black cherries. Toasty and mocha nuances and found throughout. Pairs well with steak, lamb, dishes with red sauces, and good friends.

This wine will be a pillar for California Sauvignon Blanc. The hallmark tropical components are elevated with the structure of minerality that comes from soils at Ink Grade.
