Wine is produced in the traditional way - After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby retaining its natural sweetness and freshness. The wine goes well with spicy meat dishes, spicy cheeses and chocolate cakes.
