Produced from Kisi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. This golden color wine with aromas of spices, quince and ripe fruits is full-body, with soft tannins and a long harmonious ending.
This beautiful aromatic blend of two grapes has resulted in an outstanding wine expressive of ripe lemon zest, juicy apples, ripe peaches and apricots with gentle honeysuckle, acacia and other wild flowers.
It is made from grapes of the variety of Khikhvi. It is produced in the traditional way: after harvesting, grapes undergo destemming and crushing process, and then undergo fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is well combined with white meat, with Georgian cheese, seafood, salads, poultry meat and vegetables.
Dry orange wine Khikhvi Kvevri is made from grapes of the same name, grown in the Kistauri microzone (Kakheti). The wine is created according to the classical technology of making Georgian dry white wines, when fermentation and aging take place in kvevri - huge clay jugs, traditional in Kakhetian winemaking. The wine is aged in qvevri for at least 6 months.
A blend of two indigenous varietals, Kisi and Khikhvi, from the Kakheti region of Eastern Georgia. This organic amber wine is aged in clay amphora, adding a bold structure to notes of orange marmalade, apricot, and black tea.
