The Cave "Old Vines" represents the Cave winery's masterpiece. This fine wine was made from quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on mature vines that were planted in the early 1980's in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee region of Israel.

The 1848 2nd Generation Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is made at the 1848 Winery founded in 2006 to honor the beginning of modern winemaking in Israel by its parent Zion Winery in 1848.

With aromas of black currant and thyme, this ruby-colored wine is bright in the mouth from first sip to zesty finish. Barely-there tannins support flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, Seville orange, oregano and sage.

The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a dark purple wine and is full of forest fruit and eucalypt characters, together with more complex notes of vanilla, chocolate and tobacco. The depth of colour and complex aromas give an excellent indication of what this wine currently has to offer, and how it will develop in the bottle.

The Segal's Fusion White Blend is produced with Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. It's crafted as a young, easy to drink wine that fits today's fast paced and informal lifestyle.

The wine is deep purple in color, with aromas of blackberries, black currants, and hints of green bell pepper, cinnamon, and toasty oak. It is full-bodied and concentrated on the palate, offering notes of ripe black fruit, plums, candied cherries, Mediterranean herbs, and tobacco leaves.

A complex wine, rich in the aromas of black berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is balanced and round with flavors of vanilla and anise and a long and round finish thanks to 28 months of aging in French oak barrels.

Family winery since 1848 in Jerusalem. The CAPITAL label represents quality and elegance. The wine was made from the finest vineyards in the Judean HIls. It was aged in small French oak barrels for 10 months.

This special dessert wine is made from Gewürztraminer grapes, using ancient Madeira-style technology based on late harvest of fully ripe grapes, most of which are shriveled. The wine is aged in outdoor oak barrels for a year.

The first impression of the luxurious "Yarden Rom" with a hint of its inspiring aroma points to richness. The "Yarden Rome" delicately and finely structured spoils the nose with characters of ripe red and black fruits.

A series of light, accessible, especially aromatic, happy and enjoyable wines, with a naturally low alcohol percentage (5.5% - 7%), with a slight bubble and a gentle sweetness. The wines are made in the style of the Italian "Muscato de Asti". Wines suitable for a wide range of consumption options, providing a drinking experience that does not require advance preparation. Just drink and enjoy.
