The flavor of this dry Riesling Kabinett Troken exhibits aromas of apple, pear and peach. It has delicate floral undertones and notes of honey and spice. The native soil that Riesling grows in, can also impart a certain mineral quality, with hints of slate or limestone.

Full of blue slate soils, the mineral adds a vibrant freshness to this juicy, gushing white wine that has a good dose of orchard fruit and sweetness on the palate.
The nose is cool styled, clear, animating; floral tones, a bit of hay, citrus zest, white peaches. Juicy, with some attack as well; peaches, flint stone, a hint of grapefruit in the finish.
