This top quality wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot.
This Cabernet Sauvignon from Binyamina exhibits a bold and rich structure with inviting red fruit aromas. Full-bodied, slightly herbal, fruity, blackberries on the palate. Long, smooth and elegant finish. Best served with light meat dishes such as veal schnitzel and seafood baked in olive oil and herbs and rich ripe cheeses.
