A round, creamy Chardonnay with flavors of lemon, cinnamon and oak. The nose has subtle aromas of apple, pineapple and butterscotch. Bright acidity on the finish creates the perfect balance.

Hat Strap Chardonnay shows golden delicious apple, pineapple, and lemon zest flavors with hints of Freestone peach and macadamia nut. It’s a full-bodied, complex wine that finishes with great richness and length.

Grapes for this Chardonnay come from three of our Sonoma Coast Vineyards located to the East of Petaluma - Catapult, Diamond Pile and Tolay Vista. This region is called “The Petaluma Gap”, defined as a corridor of cool air that comes from the Pacific Ocean and flows toward the east through the gap in the Sonoma Mountain range.
